It was based at the University of Edinburgh and ran from August 2013 – September 2014. It aimed to bring academic expertise in social science to the debate regarding the relationship between Scotland and the UK. A key outcome of the programme was the establishment of the Centre on Constitutional Change at the University of Edinburgh.
